Character[]
Maureen is kind, respectful, and close to the Geeks at first, but later she joins the cheerleading team and hardly hangs out with the Geeks anymore.
Biography[]
In "Carded and Discarded", Maureen is the new girl at school. Maureen is first introduced in the Geeks' classroom, where the Geeks are mesmerized by Maureen's attractiveness. In the school's cafeteria, Maureen searches for a table to sit in. The Geeks, including Sam, Bill, and Neal, invite her to sit with them at their table. They get to know each other, and they plan out exciting activities, such as launching firecrackers in the sky in the neighborhood and riding on a rollercoaster at a carnival, together.
However, when the popular crowd shows interest in Maureen, the Geeks convince Eli to distract Vicki Appleby for them in the school hallway. In the meantime, the Geeks pull Maureen away from Vicki to lose her focus on Vicki, and to make her hang out with them at night in a free restaurant, as an attempt to not lose her. Sadly for the Geeks, Maureen generously tells them that she has to move on to another clique to explore new interests, despite her still considering them as good friends to her forever. The Geeks easily accept Maureen's decision to leave them, but not before replying back that she should never forget them.
In "Chokin' and Tokin'", Maureen and her cheerleader friend are both shown visiting the hospital to meet up with Sam and Neal. Out of deep concern for Bill's current health condition, Maureen and her friend both state to the Geeks if Bill will ever recover from his coma after consuming his sandwich, which was sabotaged by Alan, who placed peanuts (that Bill is extremely allergic to) in it in the school's cafeteria. They both hug the Geeks to comfort them to pray for Bill's survivability.
In "Smooching and Mooching", Maureen is last shown being invited to a make-out party, where the guests, especially the Geeks, Sean, Vicki, Cindy, and other guests all play spin the bottle game with each other to determine who will kiss each other in a closet and how long will it take.
