Mr. Fleck is the AV teacher of the William McKinley High School. He also appears to be somewhat of a guidance counselor to the Geeks. He is portrayed by Steve Higgins.

He first appears in the episode "Discos and Dragons", talking to the Geeks about how their lives will get better as time goes on. Although, it may look bleak now, compared to the jocks.
